Slick Rock Falls is another easy falls to get to and is also family friendly. From the intersection of Hwys 280/64/276, drive 5.2 miles north on 276 and turn left on the paved FR475 towards the Pisgah Center. Pass the Pisgah Center, drive another 0.1 miles and bear right on the gravel FR475B. Drive a little over a mile to a small pull off area on the right in a sharp wide left curve in the road. Walk up to the info board and the trail will continue to the right and towards the 30' waterfall which you can hear from the road. This waterfall is best seen after a good rain. If you like driving through the forest, you can continue on FR475B to the parking for the waterfall on Log Hollow, then on to Hwy 276.
